Sundance Film Festival
Challenge
An annual film event, the Sundance Film Festival is run by the Sundance Institute. The biggest independent film festival in the US is held in January in Park City, Utah, Salt Lake City, and the Sundance Resort. It has award-giving categories for feature-length and short films, both dramatic and documentary, as well as out-of-competition categories for promoting fresh works.

Create a font and image usage strategy that is both visually appealing and original. They should put the design process throughfurther practice and improvement.
Research
The Sundance Film Festival gathers independent storytellers and viewers looking for fresh perspectives and new voices. From January 24 to 30, Sundance's digital platform will host virtual screenings of the showcase, which is 11 days long. One hundred ten full-length movies from 28 countries are screened at the festival, most of which are world premieres. In Salt Lake City, Utah, in September 1978, the Utah/United States Film Festival was the precursor to today's Sundance Film Festival. To support independent film and draw attention to Utah among filmmakers, the Utah Film Commission developed the concept. The "Big Five" film festivals are regarded as being Sundance, Venice, Cannes, Berlin, and Toronto. The most well-known festival in North America is the Toronto International Film Festival.

The artist statement
The most challenging project I've done. Simple design because you must do many things but almost make it look like. The way we did our plans for this project made it fun. This project is one of my favorite projects in this class. There are a lot of challenges, but that is every project you do in life. Designing for a Festival was something different, but I enjoyed it.
